Product innovation has formed the corner stone of the Quill International Group for more than 40 years.

Creativity, innovation and an ability to design, develop and produce life changing and in some instances life-saving products. Our products can be found on six of the world’s seven continents in over 30 different countries, we hold more than 20 patents worldwide and have in excess of 35 registered designs.

We have developed a specialist blended laundry powder to wash delicate Alpaca wool in Peru, developed a unique tyre ballast which can withstand temperatures of minus forty five degrees for JCB in Canada and manufactured components for the NATO Euro Fighter.

We have designed and produced the world’s most technologically advanced precision dustless blasting system which is used to maintain the hulls, decks and ballast tanks of oil ships for British Petroleum, cargo carriers for Maersk and submarines, aircraft carriers and mine sweepers for the Ministry of Defence, as well as offshore rigs and drilling platforms for Shell, Petronas and ConocoPhillips.

We have developed a range of 3D post processing systems designed to rapidly remove a range of support material from 3D printed objects which are now used by companies such as Aston Martin, Rolls Royce and Lockheed Martin. We have produced crane cabs and arms for Farstad Shipping’s marine training simulators designed to train offshore crane operators around the globe in handling potentially deadly situations.

We have manufactured unique biocides that have prevented Norovirus outbreaks for P&O, stopped the spread of Clostridium difficle in the NHS and protected frontline troops in war zones against diarrhoea and vomiting. We have also manufactured over 46 million biocidal hand wipes for the National Blood Service designed to prevent the spread of infection between staff and donors during the blood donation process.
